Planning and support throughout the entire journey, from concept to execution, including contract management, payment tracking, design, and wedding coordination in Italy.

Our work is to filter options and coordinate people, information, deadlines and decisions, making sure every element of the wedding is connected and that everything flows in line with the experience the couple wants to live.

We structure
We understand the experience the couple wants, the wedding format, period, guest list, region, budget, priorities, level of production and logistics. From there we create the strategy that will guide the whole project, led by My Italy.

We select
We research, filter and present venues and suppliers that fit the project, considering style, quality, availability, logistics and investment. The couple takes part in the choices while we lead the process.

We design
We create the wedding project as a whole: the creative concept, the aesthetic identity, the styling, the layouts of the spaces, guest flow, the timeline and the level of production of each moment.

We organise
We connect suppliers, contracts, payments, deadlines and information. We prepare the timeline, checklist, table plan, rooming list and every material needed to turn decisions into a clear, workable plan.

We coordinate
We turn all the planning into operation. We align the venue and suppliers, coordinate set-up, timings, flows and transitions, and oversee the events so that what was planned is actually delivered.
Full planning is what makes a truly tailor-made wedding possible. It works best when there is trust to build the project together: the couple takes part in the choices, while My Italy takes on the strategy, management and execution needed to bring them to life.
Consultation
Strategic and personalised guidance, including the creation of a planning roadmap and vendor recommendations, so the couple can move through each stage independently and with confidence.

It exists to turn doubts into criteria, ideas into priorities and isolated decisions into a clear planning path, for couples who want to organise their own wedding but do not want to start without references, strategy or knowledge of the Italian market. It can be especially useful when our calendar is full and the couple does not want to make important decisions without a professional, strategic view.

We share references, suggestions and a selection of suppliers or solutions that fit the project, so the couple understands the options available and chooses with more confidence.

We send a roadmap
We organise the decisions in a logical order, showing what to do first, what the priorities are and which next steps to follow so the planning continues in a structured way.

We hand over the foundation
At the end of the consultation, the couple has a clearer view of the project, criteria for making decisions and an organised path to continue the planning independently.
From then on, the couple continues the planning with more autonomy, using the strategy, guidance and references developed during the consultation. Whenever needed, additional sessions can also be booked to review new decisions, proposals or stages of the project.

A budget built around your wedding
Every destination wedding has its own investment. It depends on the number of guests, the region, the chosen venue, the level of production and each couple’s priorities. That is why we do not work with a fixed price list: in the initial conversation we understand what you have in mind and put together a tailor-made estimate, considering everything listed below.

How it works
A destination wedding in Italy
For many couples, the trip begins before the ceremony and continues after it. Ideally, arrive 5 to 7 days ahead, with time to settle in, rest and enjoy the destination.
Day 1
The celebration begins
A relaxed get-together, such as a pizza party with live music, creating a warm and typically Italian atmosphere so that everyone can meet, connect and get into the spirit of the celebration.
15–25% of the investment
Day 2
The wedding day
The ceremony, aperitivo, dinner and party unfold smoothly and beautifully, in unforgettable settings. With the guests already immersed in the experience, the wedding day feels even lighter, more intimate and meaningful.
50–70% of the investment
Day 3
Farewell and last moments together
A brunch, a poolside lunch or a relaxed farewell gathering is the perfect chance to enjoy a little more time with your guests and say goodbye without rushing.
