Questions

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should we start?

We recommend starting at least a year and a half in advance.

How much does a wedding in Italy cost?

A reference of €1,200 to €1,600 per guest, with everything included, for two- to three-day experiences. The final amount varies with the region, venue, level of production and each couple’s priorities.

How does the vendor selection process work?

Before presenting any vendors or venues, you will complete questionnaires and we will have alignment meetings to discuss your preferences, priorities, and needs.

Vendor options will then be carefully selected based on your priorities, budget, and current market availability.

Do we need to travel to Italy before the wedding?

It is not required. Most of the planning can be handled remotely through video calls.

However, if possible, we highly recommend visiting Italy once before the wedding. It is a wonderful opportunity to see the venue in person, attend your menu tasting, schedule your hair and makeup trial, and meet some of your suppliers. The ideal period for this planning trip is between October and April.

When should we arrive in Italy?

Ideally 5 to 7 days before the wedding, so that you and your guests have time to settle in, rest from the trip and enjoy the destination at a gentler pace.

Can foreigners legally marry in Italy?

Yes. Religious weddings of foreign citizens are legally valid in Italy, with documents that depend on your country. We guide you through all the paperwork and deadlines.
